The Foundation

Creating cakes that are as vibrant as they are tasty has been the goal from day one. Being able to express my creativity in a fun way that everyone can enjoy helps bring to life cakes that stand out from across the room. The details are important to me, which is why I take into consideration the theme, colors, and overall vibes to help ensure your custom cake is exactly what you imagined.

The Inspiration

I’ve always had a fascination with cooking and baking. It started from watching my dad share what he learned from his mom before him, and passing those memories on to me. He spent many years creating and decorating all of my birthday cakes growing up, and that helped solidify from a very young age my love for the craft. Channeling those cherished memories through the cakes I make today helps make Over the Top Cakes a truly rewarding experience.

Over the Top Cakes started for me straight out of high school. Culinary school wasn’t an option, so the next best teacher was the simple act of doing. I spent many years working around different bakeries, learning and honing my baking know-how. Eventually, I was able to combine my culinary skills and artistic background into Over the Top Cakes.
